Refund & Returns Policy
EasyRetail hopes you will be delighted with your order. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange something you’ve purchased.
Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return all or part of it for a full refund.
We are happy to provide a refund on items provided they are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
If you used a free shipping option (e.g. for orders over £40) and you later return items for a refund that bring the remaining order value below £40, the standard postage rate will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return Your Order
Please contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We will email you a returns authorisation code and the correct return address.
You are responsible for returning the goods to us, so please retain your proof of postage. If you are returning goods weighing more than 2kg, we recommend using a courier such as MyHermes or CollectPlus, as they are often cheaper than Royal Mail.
Processing Time
We aim to process returns as quickly as we receive them. However, during busy periods it may take up to 5 working days.
Refunding Delivery Costs
We will only refund your original postage costs if you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
If an order is cancelled while in transit, we cannot guarantee it can be stopped. If we are able to stop the delivery, we will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of delivery (except supplementary costs where a delivery method more expensive than our standard option was chosen).
We may deduct an amount for any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
