Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order is an offer to buy from us — a contract is formed only once we dispatch your goods or charge your payment method. If an item is unavailable, we will let you know and offer a refund or alternative.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices include VAT where applicable and may change at any time.
• Payment is taken before dispatch via credit/debit card or PayPal.
• If a pricing error is identified before we accept your order, we are not obliged to sell at the incorrect price. We will contact you to confirm or cancel.
• Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
• For non-UK orders, any import duties or taxes are your responsibility.

Delivery

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. If you ask for a parcel to be left in a safe place, this is at your own risk. Please contact us within 30 days if your order does not arrive — after this, couriers may refuse to investigate.

Returns & Cancellations
